SPECIALTY DISHES CARAMEL PECAN BRIE: Homemade caramel and toasted pecans cover a round of creamy brie surrounded by toasted baguette and fresh fruit. ($5.00) SWEETS FOR MY SWEET: A sinfully delicious array of pastries, including cream puffs, and mouth-watering cheesecakes, to name a few! ($8.00) DIPPED STRAWBERRIES: Large, luscious strawberries dripping in your choice of white, milk, or dark chocolate. ($18.00/doz.) CLAIRE’S SWEDISH NUTS: ($15.00/ lb.) MORE THAN A MEAL DELI PLATTER: Sliced breast of turkey, roast beef, ham, salami, with Swiss and American cheeses, served with dinner rolls, black olives, and condiments. Perfect for guests to make their own deli-styled sandwiches. ($10.00) INTERNATIONAL DELI DELUXE: Premium sliced deli meats with imported cheeses, and crackers. Black Forest ham, Peppercorn turkey, and Genoa salami are featured with Brie, Cheddar, Provolone, and smoked Gouda cheeses. Assorted imported olives, pickles, and marinated vegetables, along with specialty mustards compliment the meal. ($15.00) VARIETY PLATTER: A whole meal in one! All the fixings from the deli platter, plus seasonal fruit, choice of two salads, chips (and salsa or dip), and cookies for dessert! ($17.00) SMOKED SALMON PLATTER: Arranged on a bed of greens and accompanied with red onion, capers, lemon wedges; served with bagels and cream cheese. ($12.00 or at market price) CHICKEN BREASTS: Mild Teriyaki sauce compliment these skewered chicken breasts, which are garnished with fresh fruit and vegetables. ($8.00) CROISSANT BOX LUNCH: A deli meat and cheese sandwich already prepared with lettuce. Just add the tomatoes, onions, mustard and/or mayonnaise that are furnished on the side. Fruit and dessert are also provided. ($9.00) CALL IT A WRAP: Flavored tortilla-like shells wrap turkey breast, ham and salami with green onions, roasted red peppers. Cream cheese holds these sliced treats together. You make the call or leave the combinations to us. Surprise your palate with this refreshing taste sensation. ($6.00) LASAGNA: Choose from either one of our delicious dishes: vegetable lasagna for those who enjoy a lighter fare, or our meat lasagna for those who prefer a more traditional meal. The balance is due by the day of your event.
