Begin your two-hour wine tasting adventure every Wednesday evening at 6:00 PM. Every week we feature a different winery and several varietals will be offered from each.
Savor some of the finest California wines along with appetizers especially prepared to compliment them while taking in the spectacular sights of Emerald Bay. Appetizers offered may include, among others, citrus marinated asparagus, seasonal fresh fruit, salmon with wasabi sour cream, tenderloin of roasted pork with blueberry chipolte sauce, strawberry shortcake and chocolate.
